Welcome to

Toomelah Public School Online Learning

Pride. Respect. Safety.

Learning at Toomelah Public School is transitioning to an online learning experience. This delivery of learning experiences is in-lieu of face-to-face classes.

This platform will allow our students to access and complete learning activities online using Seesaw.

Seesaw is a goverment endorsed online learning platform. It is a simple and effective platform which enables students to access and complete learning activities online.

During our current situation, The NSW Department of Education expects students to continue learning, even if they are unable to attend school.  Toomelah Public School have been and will continue to work on developing and delivering suitable content and learning experiences for our students.

There are 4 Seesaw classrooms to access,  and if any students have not already joined their relevant classrooms they should do so, as soon as possible.

On this site you will find pages for:

  • Seesaw access

  • Zoom access

  • Mathletics Access

  • Reading Eggs access

  • Extra educational links/apps

For Seesaw, there is a class for K/1/2 and 3/4/5/6, there are also classes for the Cultural Learning Centre/Lingo with Miss Howard/Miss Deamer and Transition with Miss Libby.

Students will have class QR codes sent home in work packs. They will use these codes to access their Seesaw learning. More on this on the Seesaw page of this site.

Seesaw is the online learning platform we will be using across all years to engage in online learning with our students.

We will use Zoom video conferencing to connect with our students online at home.
